How to use
The Ritual:
CLEANSE
Apply 2 pumps of Aloe Vera Cleansing Gel to damp hands. (To include the neck and décolleté, use 3). Splash warm water onto the hands to create a cleansing foam. Massage onto your face in circular motions for at least 30 seconds. Rinse thoroughly with warm (not hot!) water.
RESTORE
Massage a dime-sized amount of Alpine Arnica & Magnesium Gel into areas of acute pain for instant, cooling relief. For recent, acute injuries, Arnica and menthol work together to cool the skin and reduce inflammation. Apply it as soon as you experience an acute injury to jumpstart the healing process.
MOISTURIZE
Warm a nickel-sized amount of Rosemary & Salicylic Acid Acne Clearing Moisturizer between the fingers to cleansed skin. Massage onto skin in upward and outward motions. End with short, upward strokes on the neck and décolleté. To enjoy the relaxing, mind-calming benefits of aromatherapy, place your hands over the nose and mouth and breathe deeply after application. Apply Honey Vanilla Lip Balm to lips in an even thin layer. Reapply as necessary.
