Massage a dime-sized amount of Alpine Arnica & Magnesium Gel into areas of acute pain for instant, cooling relief.

For recent, acute injuries: Arnica and menthol work together to cool the skin and reduce inflammation. Apply our Alpine Arnica & Magnesium Gel as soon as you experience an acute injury to jumpstart the healing process.
For tired feet: Massage a dime-sized amount of Alpine Arnica & Magnesium Gel into each foot and ankle to soothe cramping, plantar fasciitis, and swelling.
Maximize Your Results:
Try this soothing, pain-relieving ritual:
- Add 1 oz of Sweet Birch & Magnesium Bath Flakes to a warm bath and enjoy a long soak to soothe sore muscles and joints.
- After the bath, apply Alpine Arnica & Magnesium Gel to any areas of pain or tightness for cooling relief.
- Need more moisture in your bath? Add 0.5oz of Alpine Arnica Bath & Body Oil to your tub soak, then apply Alpine Arnica & Magnesium Gel for pain relief and joint relaxation.

I love this product. It is the only thing that has helped calm my restless leg syndrome at bedtime. Over the years I have tried many different products without much help. This works! The first time I was sure the help was mental or wishful thinking, but it has consistently given me positive results. I don't use it nightly, but when I do it seems to be several nights in a row that it is needed. It is worth the money. I've even sent some to my Aunt with leg cramps to see if it can help her too.
