How to use
The Ritual:
MASK
Apply a quarter-sized amount of Amethyst Peace Mask to freshly cleansed skin. Leave on for 10-15 minutes, then remove with a soft, damp washcloth. Follow with your preferred Naturopathica serum and moisturizer.
RELAX
During your masking treatment, add 1-2 drops of Meditation Aromatic Alchemy to the palms of your hands. Rub them together to warm and activate the essential oil blend. Inhale deeply and experience the benefits of aromatherapy.
The Enhanced Ritual:
MASK
Using a kettle or teapot, heat 1-2 cups of water until it’s almost boiled. Pour the steaming water into a large bowl. Apply a thin layer of Amethyst Peace Mask to freshly cleansed skin, then place your face over the bowl, and steam for up to 5 minutes. (You can even place a towel over your head to trap the steam.) Remove the mask with a soft, damp washcloth. Follow with your preferred Naturopathica serum and moisturizer.
RELAX
Apply the Box Breathing method to your inhalation therapy:
- Inhale for 4 seconds
- Hold for 4 seconds
- Exhale for 4 seconds
- Hold for 4 seconds
- Repeat for up to 5 cycles.
Maximize Your Results:
For soothing moisture: After masking, massage a dime-sized amount of Carrot Seed Soothing Facial Oil into the face and neck to soothe and nourish dry or depleted skin.
Reduce redness and relieve irritation with Tasmanian Pepperberry, then experience the ancient balancing powers of Frankincense, Sandalwood and Sweet Orange help soothe the senses. When this mask is applied to over-stressed skin, your complexion and your senses will both light up!
