The first night I tried it, I felt so zen within 10 minutes of drinking it and an added bonus was that I slept straight through the night without issue! The flavor is delicious and light, I could go through cups and cups of this because it's so tasty!”

How to use

The Ritual:

Using a kettle or teapot, heat 1-2 cups of water to 205 degrees—that’s when your kettle starts to rumble, but before it whistles. Steep a teabag for 5 minutes, wait for your drink to cool, and enjoy.

The Enhanced Ritual:

For larger mugs, use 2 teabags for best flavor.

Maximize Your Results:

Add 2 full droppers of your preferred Naturopathica herbal tincture, like our fan favorites Oat Stress Relief Tincture and Passionflower Sleep Tincture. For a dose of sweet calm, add a spoonful of Chamomile Calming Honey, which includes the soothing benefits of lavender and chamomile along with the restorative power of wildflower honey.

Schisandra berries

Schisandra helps to shift out of "fight or flight mode," while Chamomile can help you to return to a consistent focused and productive state of being.

    Love this tea

In the evening - I enjoy drinking chamomile tea . I tried the Schisandra & Chamomile tea about 2 years ago and it is by far my favorite chamomile tea. Others must like it as well as it is often sold out. I highly recommend this tea.

    Stress tea

I’ve loved this tea for years now! Always enjoyed having a cup after a facial in NYC. I now have to make sure I have enough on hand since my husband is also a huge fan of it too. Love to smell and sip this tea while looking at the woods through our sunroom windows.

    Sleep like a baby

I now faithfully drink this tea with the camomile honey each night before bed to ensure a good nights sleep and wake refreshed each morning. I have tried carts of other products and this is the one! Finally.

    Great tea! Change the bag.

I love this tea. It is delicious and I really do feel like it calms me. But I was disappointed to see that the tea bag is made of polylactic acid. Although they claim it's compostable, I've read that it's not good for you, and is perhaps just as bad as the teabags that release microplastics into your tea. Wish they would use something healthier!
