How to use
The Ritual:
While showering, using the palm of your hand, massage Manuka Honey Shower Body Exfoliator into moist skin in circular motions. To exfoliate your entire body, use 0.5 oz - 1oz. of product. (That’s half a shot glass - a full shot glass.) Either rinse immediately or, for a deeper exfoliation, leave on for 3-5 minutes. After exfoliating, rinse and follow with an application of Manuka Honey Creamy Body Lotion.
The Enhanced Ritual:
To best lock in moisture: Moisturizers best seal hydration when applied to damp skin. Apply Manuka Honey Creamy Body Lotion immediately after the bath or shower for optimum moisture and a dewy finish.

An exfoliating, nourishing body treatment: In the shower, massage a generous amount of Manuka Honey Shower Body Exfoliator across your entire body to soften the skin and reveal a healthy glow. Immediately after showering, apply Manuka Honey Creamy Body Lotion to the entire body to hydrate and protect your skin.

This is a wonderful lotion. It’s very thick, so it’s a little difficult to get out of the tube. But I love the smell and it helps my dry skin. I use it on my arms and legs, because they can become very dry.
