How to use
The Ritual:
Warm quarter-sized amount of Manuka Honey Creamy Body Lotion in your hands, then massage into the skin in firm circular motions, using pressure from the palms of your hands. Apply morning and night to dry, rough, or flaky areas.
Place your hands over your nose and mouth, then breathe deeply to allow the benefits of aromatherapy to relax the mind and senses.
The Enhanced Ritual:
For a forearm & hand massage: Warm a generous amount of Manuka Honey Creamy Body Lotion in your hands and massage into hands, wrists, and forearms. Using your thumb, trace the tendons along the wrist, moving from hand to elbow. Use your thumb and first finger to press and pinch along each finger and in between each finger, loosening tension and stiffness. Repeat steps on the opposite hand.
To best lock in moisture: Moisturizers best seal hydration when applied to damp skin. Apply Manuka Honey Creamy Body Lotion immediately after the bath or shower for optimum moisture and a dewy finish.
Maximize Your Results:
A soothing moisturizing ritual: Add 0.5 oz of Lavender Blossom Bath & Body Oil to a warm bath and enjoy a long soak to soothe the mind and relax the senses. After the bath, apply Manuka Honey Creamy Body Lotion to lock in hydration.
An exfoliating, nourishing body treatment: In the shower, massage a generous amount of Manuka Honey Shower Body Exfoliator across your entire body to soften the skin and reveal a healthy glow. Immediately after showering, apply Manuka Honey Creamy Body Lotion to the entire body to hydrate and protect your skin.
