Ingredients
- 1 Ginger & Turmeric Muscle & Joint Tea for a "zing" of energy and anti-inflammation
- 1/2 Tbsp Chamomile Calming Honey for sweet serenity and natural anti-bacterials
- 1 Can or Cup of Lime Seltzer
- Juice of one lime
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large glass and stir until honey has completely dissolved. Add ice. Makes 2 servings. Cheers!
